Fragrant easy-cook tuna fishcakes

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Fishcakes GI Jane

6 oz potato, cooked and mashed with a little milk and butter
150 g Tuna Steaks in Spring Water
1 salt and pepper
1 tsp curry powder, or Thai green curry paste
4 spring onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 cooking spray

Recipe Directions for Tuna Fishcakes GI Jane

  1. Mix the mashed potato together with the tuna, spices, seasoning, coriander and finely chopped spring onion

  2. Form into four patties and press on some sesame seeds (optional)

  3. Heat the cooking spray in a non-stick pan and cook the patties for 5 minutes each side until browned

  4. Serve with some sweet chilli dipping sauce
