A Tuna Fish Sandwich thats extremely good and healthy

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Fish Sandwich

1 serving Solid White In Water Tuna Albacore
0.5 cup, shredded or chopped Lettuce, Iceberg
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.5 serving Carrot
1 tbsp chopped Onions
2 slices Honey Wheat Bread
0.5 tbsp Ketchup
0.25 tbsp Ranch Dressing

Recipe Directions for Tuna Fish Sandwich

  1. 1. Chop the Onions and Tomato (don't use the whole tomato yet) into a bowl, shred the half carrot into that bowl

  2. 2. Mix your Tuna into the bowl, make sure to leave some of the canned juice

  3. 3. Prepare the two slices of bread by placing the condiments corresponding to your taste

  4. 4. Place your Tuna on a bread slice, then place lettuce and left over tomato on top while placing your last bread slice over.

  5. 5. (If you choose too, top with a pineapple slice and a cool glass of lemonade)

  6. 6. Enjoy
