Filling & tasty cold rice & tuna salad

Recipe Ingredients for TUNA FISH SALAD

1 Teaspoon Marmite
1 serving White Long Grain Rice
1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
285 grams Salad Cream
6 Serving Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for TUNA FISH SALAD

  1. Cook rice and allow to cool.

  2. Dice the cucumber, tomatoes, onion & peppers

  3. Stir marmite into cooled rice.

  4. Add diced salad to cooled rice.

  5. Add pinch of salt & ground black pepper to taste.

  6. Add 200g Lite Salad cream and fold ingredients to ensure coverage of salad cream. (Use any remaining salad cream to moisten day-old salads)
