Tuna Embotido by Mrs. Ludeņa using 1/2 tsp monosodium glutamate instead of 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp sugar and chinese chorizo or bilbao, all of which not found in the food browser

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Embotido - Mrs. Ludeņa

500 g tuna, fresh,ground
1 tbsp onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 eggs
3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp pickle relish
2 tbsp bread crumbs
1 dash of black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
2 links pork sausage, chinese

Recipe Directions for Tuna Embotido - Mrs. Ludeņa

  1. Mix all ingredients and wrap in aluminum tin foil into medum rolls.

  2. Steam in medium heat for 30 minutes or until cooked.
