6 large Egg, White
6 serving Dressing
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for Tuna Egg White salad with mayonaise

  1. Boil eggs and separate egg whites from the yolks.

  2. Chop egg whites into tiny pieces and mix with tuna and mayonaise.

  3. Dice onion finely and mix into previous.

  4. Goes great on wraps or a couple lettuce leaves.

  5. Sprinkle with pepper and/or garlic powder if desired.
