Lightly Curry Flavored Tuna Salad

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna & Egg Salad

10 oz. Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
2 Eggs, large - hard boiled, finely chopped
1/4 cup Celery, finely diced
3 tbsp Shallots, finely diced
1/3 cup Light mayonnaise
1 tsp Curry powder

Recipe Directions for Tuna & Egg Salad

  1. Thoroughly drain tuna

  2. Combine all ingredients

  3. Stir gently but thoroughly

  4. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to allow flavors to combine

  5. Serve
