Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Curry sauce (no oil)

2 stalks celery
1 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup flour
2 1/4 cups skim milk
2 tsp lemon juice
15 1/2 oz tuna in water
1/2 cup almonds, chopped

Recipe Directions for Tuna Curry sauce (no oil)

Add all ingredients. Simmer for a few minutes. Serve 1/2 cup over pasta.
