My own concotion of vegetables and tuna

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Chillied Medley

2 T olive oil
1 large onion
1 1/2 cup turnip, peeled
3 carrot, peeled
1 1/2 cup kohlrabi, peeled
3 stalk celery
3 clove garlic
224 g tuna, drained
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce

Recipe Directions for Tuna Chillied Medley

  1. Cut vegetables into bite sized pieces, keeping each seperate.

  2. Heat oil in deep pot. Add vegetables in order listed, sauting each for a minute or so before the next vegetble.

  3. Add garlic, tuna and chili sauce together and heat until tastes merge.

  4. Serve alone or with starch of your choice.
