Low calorie salad made with both chicken and tuna. I estimated each serving to be about 1/4 cup.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna-Chicken Salad

2 oz tuna
2 oz chicken
1 small tomato, diced
1/4 cup celery, sliced
1 small scallion, sliced
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Light
1 egg, minced
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper

Recipe Directions for Tuna-Chicken Salad

  1. Boil egg until done.

  2. Drain tuna and chicken

  3. Dice tomato, slice celery and scallion, chop parsley, mince egg.

  4. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

  5. Refrigerate.
