This is what I have for lunch most days - quick, easy and pretty healthy too!

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Chick Pea salad

1/3 cup chick peas
1 cup diced mixed vegetables
45 grams tuna

Recipe Directions for Tuna Chick Pea salad

  1. Drain Chick Peas and rinse in a little cold water.

  2. Add Vegies and mix through. You can even add them frozen if you like.

  3. Add Tuna and stir.

  4. Cook in microwave for two minutes and enjoy!
