Tuna loaf without the creamy soups

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Celery Loaf

12 oz light tuna, water packed
2 eggs, beaten
4 oz celery, chopped
4 oz onion, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp fat-free half and half
8 oz saltines, crushed

Recipe Directions for Tuna Celery Loaf

Spray loaf pan or dish with Crisco butter spray. Mix all ingredients and place in the loaf pan/dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Check after 1 hour.
