This is a favorite in our household growing up. But regular egg noodles are not very healthy. So this is our take on a favorite, tuned up a little to be more healthy. Bon apetit!

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna casserole

12 ounce whole wheat egg noodles
21 ounce 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
6 2/5 ounce tuna, in water
15 ounce sweet peas
2 ounce mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 (medium) onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for Tuna casserole

  1. Boil egg noodles following package directions

  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together

  3. Once the noodles are cooked, mix all ingredients together in casserole dish.

  4. Heat in oven set at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and casserole heated through.
