Quick and healthy recipe I found online and just made a couple changes.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Casserole

12 oz Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Penne Rigate Pasta
2 c garden peas
610 g Cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c light vanilla soymilk
340 g chunk light tuna in water
1/2 c puffed rice

Recipe Directions for Tuna Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. Cook penne according to package directions. Drain and rinse cooked pasta with cool water.

  3. In a large bowl, combine penne, peas, soup, milk and tuna. Transfer pasta mixture into the baking dish.

  4. Top w/puffed rice cereal.

  5. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
