Recipe Ingredients for Tuna casserole

10 cups egg noodles
16 ounce light sour cream
1 1/2 cups 1% milk
20 ounce chunk light tuna
55 saltine crackers
1/4 cup country crock
2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 cup cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Tuna casserole

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 and boil egg noodles.

  2. In a casserole dish, mix the sour cream, milk, drained tuna, and half the garlic salt.

  3. Drain the noodles and stir into the mixture in the casserole dish.

  4. Crush the saltines and sprinkle over the top.

  5. Melt butter and drizzle over the top of the crackers. Sprinkle the rest of the garlic salt and the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

  6. Bake for 25 mins or until golden brown on top.
