Recipe Ingredients for Tuna casserole

16 ounces egg noodles
10 1/4 ounce can healthy request cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup skim milk
2 cups grated cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
2 teaspoons black pepper
14 ounce tuna, drained

Recipe Directions for Tuna casserole

  1. Cook egg noodles to al dente in boiling salted water; drain well.

  2. Put frozen peas in strainer and pour egg noodles over to defrost.

  3. Preheat oven to 325F.

  4. Mix all ingredients together in a large casserole dish, reserving 1/2 cup of cheese.

  5. Sprinkle reserved cheese over the top.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes.

  7. Serve hot.
