6 oz. albacore tuna, drained
3 egg whites, hard boiled & sliced
4 tablespoons mayo, fat free
1/2 cup green peas
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Tuna Casserole

  1. combine tuna, mayo & parmesan in 1 quart microwaveable dish.

  2. mix in sliced egg whites and green peas.

  3. microwave until warm throughout (about 2-3 minutes).

  4. makes one large serving, loaded with protein but high in sodium.
