Fabulous casserole with tonnes of flavour, veggies and protein to get you through your evening!

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Casserole

1 cans Tuna, White, Canned In Water, Drained Solids
1 can cream of mushroom soup, low fat
1 cup corn
1 cup green beans
2 cups rotini
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 cup shredded cheese, low fat
2 tbsp half and half

Recipe Directions for Tuna Casserole

  1. Cook pasta in large frying pan with 4 cups of water for 8-10 minutes or until desired tenderness is reached (add corn for last 3 minutes of cooking); drain and put back into pan on stove and reduce heat to medium.

  2. Add soup, shredded cheese, hot pepper flakes, spinach and tuna to pan - stir until combined - cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.

  3. >> Can eat just like this, tastes great just subtract the breadcrumbs and Parmesan from your calories.

  4. Set oven to 400 degrees.

  5. Transfer mixture to baking dish, top with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese

  6. Bake for 10 minutes or so, until top is browned and crispy on top.

  7. Serve with a salad if desired!
