Based off recipe 28468 on Recipezaar.com, this is my healthier version and a favorite of the kiddos.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Casserole

8 ounces egg noodles
8 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened
12 ounces tuna, drained
1 onion, finely chopped
10 3/4 ounce cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
10 ounces peas

Recipe Directions for Tuna Casserole

  1. Cook egg noodles until al dente and drain.

  2. Sautee onion until translucent.

  3. Combine noodles, onion, cream cheese, tuna, milk and soup.

  4. Pour into baking dish.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
