This recipie should use Vitamin C & D added Evaporated Milk. The listing refused to let me use the code for the closest I could find, I believe because of this the calorie count is much higher than it should be.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Casserole

8 oz Elbow Macaroni
370 ml Milk, Evaporated
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
7 oz Flaked Light Tuna, in water
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp minced onion

Recipe Directions for Tuna Casserole

  1. Cook and drain Macaroni.

  2. Combine with resto of ingredients.

  3. Toss until well blended.

  4. Put into greased cassarole. Sprinkle with addition cheese if desired. Bake in 350 deg oven 30 minutes.
