Yummy Tuna Casserole- easy on the calories

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Casserole

7 oz. (1 1/2 cups) uncooked elbow macaroni
1 cup milk
4 oz. (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
10 3/4 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup
5 oz. tuna, drained, flaked
4 oz. Mushrooms (sliced and or crumbled)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Tuna Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 350F. Grease 2-quart casserole. In large saucepan or Dutch oven, cook macaroni to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; return to saucepan.

  2. Add all remaining ingredients except potato chips; stir to combine. Pour mixture into greased casserole.

  3. Bake at 350F. for 25 to 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
