serving size = one heaping cup of casserole. To save a few calories I pulled my serving of casserole out of the recipe before serving to family, added a 1/4 c. shred. cheese to top of mine so I could control the cheese amount I was getting. MAY help a little.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Casserole

8 oz. cooked pasta
2 cans of tuna, in water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. of cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Tuna Casserole

  1. Prepare and cook noodles; drain.

  2. Add can soup, drained tuna, and cheese.

  3. Mix til stirred through and heated to desire temperature.

  4. Serve with garlic toast and a vegetable.
