2 can tuna in water, drained
1 cup buckwheat groats
2 cup water
1 medium onion
1 medium carrot
1 tsp Paprika
1 clove garlic, minced

Recipe Directions for Tuna Casserole

  1. Cook up the groats, onion, carrot and water until they are soft and tender.

  2. Mix in tuna and dressing then heat until all ingredients are warm and well incorporated.
