Tuna (or salmon) casserole. For salmon, substitute can of salmon for can of tuna.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Casserole

3 1/2 ounce tuna
1 slice white bread
1/4 cup celery
1/4 cup green pepper
1 slice onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Tuna Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Toast slice of bread and then make into crumbs in blender.

  3. Place vegetables in blender & chop.

  4. Mix all ingredients and place in casserole dish.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
