Standard tuna casserole without butter.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Casserole

2 cups noodles
2 1/2 cups fat free milk
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 cup whole grain flour
12 ounces tuna
1 cup shredded cheese

Recipe Directions for Tuna Casserole

  1. Cook veggies until thawed, add flour and milk. Boil then simmer 10 min.

  2. Cook noodles.

  3. Add all ingredients together in a baking dish.

  4. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
