Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Casserole

2 can Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
1 serving All-Purpose Flour
1 serving Catelli Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Egg White Noodles
1 serving Sour cream fat free
1/2 cup Peas, Green
1 cup Medium Cheddar Cheese
1.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
3 serving Butter, unsalted, PC Organics

Recipe Directions for Tuna Casserole

  1. - set oven at 350 and grease a 2 quart oven proof dish

  2. - boil 8 oz of egg noodles or other pasta

  3. - combine butter and flour over low heat until mixed and thickened

  4. - add milk and whisk gently

  5. - add shredded cheese, continue to whisk

  6. - add mixture to tuna, pasta and peas

  7. - cook for 30 minutes
