Easy weeknight tuna casserole - can be frozen into two breadpans to serve 2 + 1 lunch.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Casserole

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp butter
8 oz pasta
1/2 cup olives
1 can tuna
3 tbsp flax seed
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup onion
2 tbsp mustard
1/2 cup miracle whip
3 oz cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Tuna Casserole

  1. Cook pasta till just cooked - very firm.

  2. Combine all ingredients except ground flax, breadcrumbs and cheese.

  3. Pour in pan - cover with flax, crumbs and cheese.

  4. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
