quick easy meal. Can serve immediately but also tastes great as a leftover - once chilled and flavors meld.

Recipe Ingredients for tuna cassarole

7 1/4 ounce barilla plus elbows
12 ounce of albacore tuna in water
4 tablespoons reduced fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1/4 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
2 tablespoons dill relish
1 salt to taste
1 pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for tuna cassarole

  1. boil 1/2 box of pasta elbows per directions on box

  2. once pasta is al dente, drain and combine remaining ingredients

  3. mix well breaking tuna into pieces

  4. add salt & peper or any other seasonings to taste
