Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Cakes

12 ounces tuna, canned
2 eggs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup green onion, sliced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup rolled oats

Recipe Directions for Tuna Cakes

  1. Break up canned tuna with a fork.

  2. In bowl, beat eggs, add lemon juice, green onion, seasonings, and oats. Add tuna and mix gently but thoroughly

  3. Scoop into at least nine patties or more

  4. Heat oil and fry 3-5 minutes per side; OR bake at 350 turning halfway 6 minutes per side.
