Quick, easy dish. I like to served with herbed rice and broccoli.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Cakes

8 oz. tuna, light, canned in water
1 egg
1/3 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tsp. dried minced onion
1/2 tsp. minced garlic

Recipe Directions for Tuna Cakes

  1. Use 2 5 oz. cans of tuna in water.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium to med.-high heat.

  3. Drain the tuna well and mix together in bowl with the egg, Miracle Whip, bread crumbs, onion, and garlic.

  4. Shape into 8 patties and fry in oil until golden brown on each side.
