Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Burgers

2 oz albacore tuna, low sodium
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp cheddar cheese, shredded
16 grams Light Mayonnaise
18 grams saltine crackers
3 tbsp bread crumbs
1/2 egg
2 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Tuna Burgers

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients.

  2. Form 2 burgers.

  3. Dip in egg, then dip in bread crumbs.

  4. In skillet, fry in oil, 5 min per side.
