Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Burgers

1 can Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
1 large Egg, White
2 tbsp chopped Onions
29 1/5 grams Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
1 clove Garlic
1 serving SKIM MILK MOZARELLA
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Tuna Burgers

  1. Drain water well out of tuna and place in a bowl.

  2. Add all other ingredients except cheese (can add more spices).

  3. Mix well and make 2 patties.

  4. Bake in the oven on 400 for 20 minutes (do not flip).

  5. Add cheese around ten minutes in to make a cheese burger.
