Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Burgers

2 cans chunk light tuna
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp horseradish
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

Recipe Directions for Tuna Burgers

  1. Mix all ingredients (except oil) together.

  2. Form into patties and fry in hot oil until crust forms on each side.

  3. Cover and finish in 350 degree oven for 5-7 minutes.
