Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Burger

5 oz Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
3 tbsp 100% Liquid Egg Whites
30 grams Old Fashioned Oats
0.25 cup, diced Celery
0.25 cup Onions
1 tablespoon Thyme
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Tuna Burger

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Form the tuna mixture into 2 equal size patties and add them directly to the skillet. The patties will set in the pan and may not stay formed unless cooked.

  3. Cook on one side for 3-4 minutes then flip carefully.
