Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Burger

1 serving 100 calorie can of tuna
1/8 cup light mayonnaise
1 egg white
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/8 cup onion
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 slice american cheese
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder

Recipe Directions for Tuna Burger

Mix everything together, can add finely chopped red pepper too. Grill each side on stove pan till browned, then melt cheese on top.
