257 g black beans
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup chopped red onion
54 grams roma tomato
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Tuna with Black Beans

  1. Drain and rinse black beans

  2. Put beans with whole can of tuna in small pot. Add chopped cilantro, onion, and tomato

  3. Heat through

  4. May be served with guacamole, southwest dressing, or Yumm sauce
