Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Beans Cutlets Baked

1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Garlic
1 1/2 serving Great Value Light Tuna Chunk In Water
1 cup Great Northern Beans
1/2 cup, chopped Onions
2 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for Tuna Beans Cutlets Baked

  1. Mix Everything Up and Store in Fridge (except egg).

  2. When ready to prepare, take a handful of mix and coat with Egg White (and Bread Crumbs if preferred).

  3. Roast or Pan Fry away.
