1.5 can Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
60 grams Olives, Ripe, Canned (Small-extra Large)
1.5 cup Mixed Beans

heat oil, add garlic and onion - chopped, soften. add tomatoes and passata and herbs, bring to boil and simmer. add herbs and olives. add tuna at the end and serve.
