these tuna meatballs can be made smaller and used in a variety of dishes.

Recipe Ingredients for tuna balls

28 oz Tomatoes Crushed Plum
6 leaves Basil, Fresh
6 clove Garlic
3 can (12.5 oz), drained Tuna, Light, Canned In Water, Drained Solids
4 large Egg, White
4 oz Red Onion
2 cup Bread Crumbs
2 oz Parsley
4 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for tuna balls

for the sauce. combine tomatoes, basil and 6 garlic cloves chopped in a large pot. for the balls. mix all remaining ingredients together and form into 2 inch balls. bake in 350 oven till half done, about 15 minutes. add sauce to balls and continue to cook for an addtional 15 more minutes. serve and use as meatballs. one serving is approx 4 oz.
