Tuna Salad using avocado instead of mayonnaise and celery.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Avocado Salad

7 oz chunk light tuna
1 avocado
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp onion flakes
1 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Tuna Avocado Salad

  1. Cut and scoop out the flesh of one avocado into a medium mixing bowl.

  2. Open one can of tuna -- chunk light is good

  3. Add onion flakes, chilli powder, and garlic powder to taste

  4. Mash and stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

  5. Use on a sandwich, salad, or to stuff a baked potato.
