152 g Bumblebee Albacore in Water
100 g Mixed Baby Greens
1/8 cup Shelled Sunflower Seeds
1/8 cup Slivered Almonds
100 g Red Seedless Grapes
1/8 cup Dried Cranberries
120 g avocado

Recipe Directions for Tuna and Avocado Salad

Mix all the non-Tuna ingredients in a bowl. When ready to serve, open a can of albacore tuna in water, drain and add to salad.
