Recipe Ingredients for Tuna & Avocado Salad

3 ounce canned tuna in water
60 grams avocado
1 dash Onion Salt
1 dash Garlic Powder
1 slice whole Grain Bread

Recipe Directions for Tuna & Avocado Salad

  1. Peel and de-pit the avocado and mash to a creamy consistency.

  2. Add canned tuna, dash of onion salt and dash of garlic powder.

  3. Mix well and serve atop one slice of toasted Ezekiel bread.
