4 1/2 tbspn lemon juice
1 avocado, chopped
1 black pepper, to taste

Recipe Directions for Tuna Avocado Salad

Mix together tuna, lemon, avocado, and pepper. Spread on whole wheat bread and top with low-fat cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Or serve over romaine lettuce.
