Healthy alternative to tuna salad

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna and Avocado Salad

2 oz Light Mayonnaise
1 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
3/4 cup, diced Celery
0.33 cup chopped raw Vidalia Onion
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
6 oz drained BUMBLE BEE Solid White Albacore in Water
2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
1/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Tuna and Avocado Salad

  1. Drain tuna and place tuna into a large bowl.

  2. Dice celery and onion and add to tuna.

  3. Peel and finely chop hard boiled egg and add to tuna.

  4. Cut avocado in half and remove pit.

  5. Scoop out avocado meat and place into a bowl.

  6. Smash avocado meat until creamy.

  7. Add avocado to tuna.

  8. Add mayo

  9. Add seasoning

  10. Mix well and chill over night.

  11. Serve and ENJOY!
