A seasoning to enable the oral consumption of turmeric and black pepper for the medicinal benefit.

Recipe Ingredients for Tumrmeric, black pepper, sasame seasoning

1 cup sesame seeds
1 tablespoon black pepper
4 tablespoons turmeric
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Tumrmeric, black pepper, sasame seasoning

  1. Roast sesame seeds in frying pan on stove continuously stirring on high flame.

  2. Let seeds cool

  3. Mix sesame, black peppercorns, salt and mustard seeds.

  4. Grind in a seed/coffee grinder or mortar and pestle.

  5. Add garlic powder and turmeric and mix well.
