Recipe Ingredients for Tummy Buster

1 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
2 oz Peppers
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1 cup, cubes Avocados
2 medium Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Tummy Buster

  1. Cube Potatos rinse in water and microwave for 4 minutes

  2. Cut up mushrooms, onions and peppers. Add to the Potatos and microwave another 2 minutes.

  3. Microwave eggs 2 minutes and cut up.

  4. Cut up the avocado and mix all together and enjoy.
