200 grams Cucumber, Peeled
150 grams Tomatoes
400 grams Bulgur, Cooked
1 cup(60 g) Parsley
50 grams Red Onion
1 lemon yields(47 g) Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
