Recipe Ingredients for Tu b'Shevat Meatloaf

500 g lean ground meat
1/4 cup oats
2 tbs Chinese Five-Spice
1 medium Onion, diced finely
8 Dates, butterflied with pit removed

Recipe Directions for Tu b'Shevat Meatloaf

  1. Mix together meat, oats, spices and onion.

  2. Press into bread loaf tin and arrange dates along the top.

  3. Bake in moderate oven 350 F for ~1 hour, or until meat is done to your liking.
