Japanese tsukune - like mini burgers!

Recipe Ingredients for Tsukune

500 grams Beef
1 large Egg, Yolk
10 grams Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup, diced Celery
1/2 small Onions
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried

Recipe Directions for Tsukune

  1. Mix together meat (any mince is OK) with egg, flour, veg and seasoning.

  2. Shape mixture into small balls.

  3. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan and fry tsukune, turning to ensure they are cooked right through.
