Chicken and vegetable "stir fry" without the sodium packed sauces.

Recipe Ingredients for T&S's Chicken and Vegetable

1 1/2 pounds chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 onion, diced
12 mushrooms, fresh, sliced
2 celery stalks
4 ounces carrots, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
2 cups broccoli
1/2 cup salsa
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for T&S's Chicken and Vegetable

  1. Cook chicken in olive oil.

  2. Chop all vegetables. Add to cooked chicken. Stir.

  3. Add salsa, garlic powder and pepper.

  4. Cook until vegetables are tender.

  5. Serve over brown rice.
