Recipe Ingredients for T's Low Cal Beef Stew

1 1/2 pounds beef
1 cup potatoes, diced
1 cup carrots, diced
1/2 cup lima beans
1/2 cup peas
2 cups corn
4 cups water
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups onion, sliced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for T's Low Cal Beef Stew

  1. cut beef into small bite sized pieces, shake in a bag with the flour, coat a pan with generous amount of no calorie non-stick spray, saute beef on high just til brown...chop all other ingredients and place in crock pot, put beef on top, mix all together, add salt and pepper, pour in water (about 4 cups) till it touches the brim of the Crock Pot......cook on high for 4 hours, cook on low for 4 hours,

  2. tastes best when cooked a day ahead and allowed to sit for 24 hours, the flavors mix well and it is SOOO YUMMY!!!
